This event, organized by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, will focus on the role of local governments in supporting social movements and creating inclusive participatory processes at the local level.
